The March murder trial date for Orlando mother Casey Anthony wasn't set on Friday and will likely be delayed.

Circuit Court Judge Stan Strickland said he would rule on the trial date later and granted a request by Anthony's defense team to inspect the crime scene where the remains of her 2-year-old daughter Caylee were found.

Caylee's death was declared a homicide after her bones were discovered in December in a wooded area close to the family's home. Anthony, 22, is charged with killing the child.

Strickland set another trial status hearing for late February or early March to weigh when the criminal proceedings can begin. Attorneys said they may not be ready to go to trial until later this year.

He also said he would consider a change of venue motion after the paperwork is filed and a hearing is set. A change of venue might not be necessary if the trial doesn't begin by the end of the year, Strickland said.

Anthony has been ordered to appear at all hearings before her trial, despite efforts by her lead attorney Jose Baez to waive her obligation to come to court because of the "media circus" surrounding the case. Strickland on Thursday struck down Baez's latest attempt to stop Anthony's court.

ABC...

The Auction/bizarre was an hour away and my mom was fawn of the person hosting it. The Brochure said it start at 6:00 A.M. but I guess it was wrong. Cars had already filled the parking lot when we got there and we knew we were late. Danny, the cashier said "were have you been? The electronic lights have already sold but thats not what we were there for. Finally the furniture came out and my mom and I found our seats. The girl next to me was gloating about here winning some beauty contest.  The high pitched voice was really getting on my nerves so I asked her to keep it down. I thought she was going to be okay with it but then she got mad and went off on me. Jumping out of my seat at her zany attitude intervened with the auction. The Kind girls women made her sit down and we continued with the auction. Lauren my aunt showed up minutes after that and asked if anything good had sold yet.  My mom answered "no unfortunately". Not knowing the peace she wanted was being pulled onto the auction floor. Originally she wanted the couch but she decided to buy the china cabinet instead. The people loading it into our trailer ambled on about how it should stand. The quiz they had to take to get there job must not have been a very hard one or they wouldn't have a job. The random thoughts of the 3 were very confusing to the normal persons mind. They skimmed the top of the cabinet on the top of the trailer. The tight squeeze would have been hard to maneuver around. The untalented loaders said they were sorry but my mom said it was fine scratches make it worth more. The varnish on the furniture was making my head hurt. The women checking us out asked if we wanted some money to repair the cabinet but we didn't take it. The extremely cool truck, which was mine, was supper dirty. You have to go wash your truck my mom said and we started home. Zeus struck the truck with his lightning stick and we never made it home.

I'm a Rat Terrier

I was right there in the middle of this jungle called the park. All these kids were running on the sidewalk were me and my best friend were walking. Bumping into me and knocking us off the wide path. I thought my life was over those things or what ever they are were huge compared to me.

Me and my owner go back on the path and started walking. This little kid and her family were playing at the swings when she saw me walking on the path. Little kids are so mean and hit me for no reason. She even put a bow in my hair, making me look like a fag! That was it I had to snap at the little kid she was making my self of steam plummet to an all time low.

My owner did not appreciate me snapping at the little girl so of course he slapped me and let the little girl hold me. I guess he didn't want her to be scared of me or something. After the little girl got bored and went back to her swing.

We finally made it home and I went to my little bed and went to sleep. That was a hard days work for me.
